WHAT WE DO

Unrivalled quality, exceptional service

Founded in 2001, Kitchen & Cabinet Creations is a family-owned business born out of the love of woodcraft. Master craftsman, Bruce, spent many years building a substantial skillset from knowledge passed down over generations.

Today, we're based in Landsdale, and are a well-balanced team of expert tradesmen who specialise in bespoke cabinets and kitchen creations. We only use people we know and trust, and never sub-contract, so we can confidentially speak for the quality of work. We also make use of the most up-to-date technology and equipment. Everything we do is completely customised through a highly-flexible process, so each client is left with a unique kitchen that truly speaks to their character and lifestyle.

Kitchens

From traditional to contemporary, country to minimalist, we create beautiful custom kitchens — and can even customise your flatpack. Your finished kitchen will perfectly cater to your lifestyle, personality, functional requirements, taste, and style.

Cabinetry

Our stunning, custom-build cabinetry isn’t limited to the kitchen. We can create cabinetry for any space in the home, including walk-in robes, bathrooms, bedrooms, outdoor living, laundries, and more. And, it’s all built to your specifications.

Step-by-step

Through our six-step process, we’ve made custom-builds simple.

1.

Initial design & quote

Free of charge (depending on travel distance and project scale), we’ll come to you for a measure and quote, so we can provide you with predicated costings as accurately as possible. We’ll send you a preliminary design, which you can shape to your liking.

2.

Final design & quote acceptance

Following your feedback, we’ll present you with a final design that ticks all your boxes. Once you’re happy with it, all you need to do is sign on the dotted line, and your project is officially underway.

3.

Cut & assemble

We’ll order the materials we need and begin cutting and assembling your bespoke design. You don’t need to do anything here — just sit back and relax while our expert team gets to work behind-the-scenes.

4.

Installation

With everything ready to go, it’s back to your place for installation, including doors and tops (templates made for stone tops if required). Now, your kitchen is really coming to life! If you have stone tops, they’ll be fitted within 10 - 14 days of templating.

5.

Final commissioning

We’ll fit handles and any other finishings, and do a final “sweep” of your kitchen to make sure you’re happy with how everything is coming together. If you have any final tweaks, now is the time.

6.

Handover

Our team does a full clean of the area so your kitchen is completely mess-free and ready to go. We’ll do a final handover and ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the finished kitchen. That’s it!

The only silly question is the one you don’t ask

We highly value open communication, and carry out every step in our process with full transparency. In saying that, if there’s something you don’t quite understand, let us know! We always want to be on the same page as you, so if you have a question, feel free to approach any one of our friendly team.

Here are some of our most common queries.

  • Will you come to my house for a measure and quote?

Yes! Depending on travel distance and project scale, this is usually free of charge. Here, we’ll discuss your lifestyle and vision for the space so we can design something that’s right for you.

  • Can I bring my own design?

Absolutely. Whether you’ve designed it yourself or had a third-party do it, we’re happy to accommodate your design. We may have to make some slight tweaks if we see something that could be improved, but we’ll discuss this with you.

  • What happens with Plumbers and Electricians?

We have qualified Plumbers and Electricians we know, trust, and use. However, if you have someone you’d like to work with, we’re happy to work with the Plumber or Electrician of your choice.

  • Can we do some of the work ourselves?

Yes. In many cases, you will be able to do the demolition and breakout work. The only catch is, it must meet the required standard and be completed within the required time frame, which we’ll discuss you with. Additionally, if you’re a qualified Plumber or Electrician, you can also do this work.

  • How long will the installation take?

Installation time depends on the scope of the project, finishes, and so on. However, in many cases, it can be done in as little as two-to-three days.

  • Will my new benchtop be water-resistant?

Yes. Water-resistant materials are used for all benchtop components, which is essential for any benchtop that will be placed in a wet-area.

  • What is the warranty period?

Our warranty period, for carcasses and labour, lasts for 10 years. Doors and tops have manufacturer's warranties depending on the brands used, which we’ll discuss with you.
